The area of Recruitment and Personnel Selection aims to define, implement and monitor the process of recruitment and selection of internal and external collaborators, from the identification of the needs of each area that make up the company, to hiring and have, in account the candidate's expectations through the techniques of recruitment and selection of people. Receives and disseminates the need to recruit, interview candidates, selects, supports and accompanies internships.
